1.- Refunds

In Piensosplus we want you to be always satisfied with our service, that’s why we provide methods to effect the refund of a purchase.

The cases where you can request a refund are as follows:

  1. The product has a default or has been damaged during transport.

These products must be returned by the customer in a protected way, putting them in a box or a protected bag. Piensosplus will be in charge of the delivery cost for the delivery and return of the product.

Piensosplus offers our transport company for the removal of the purchase free. If the shopper would like to return the products with a different transport company offered by Piensosplus, and this chosen company offers higher fees, the customer will assume the difference of the cost.

If the product has been damaged during transport, we need you to contact us by telephone the same day you receive your order and also we need you to write down the incidence in the delivery note handed by the shipper.

Before opening the product, make sure that the packaging coincides with the one you ordered ( model, color, size, etc) making a claim immediately if necessary if you perceive any abnormality before opening the package, we beg you not to open the wrapping or the packaging of the product.

 

B. Withdrawal

In accordance with the established in the Spanish legislation, the customer disposes the withdrawal right, by virtue of this law; you can return the received product if you discover that it does not meet your expectations.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the taking in. In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect conditions and keep all parts.

The refund will be completed when the good conditions of the product has been verified, the refund will be made through the same method used by the customer and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the waiver application provided that Piensosplus manage the pickup of the product. In the case that the customer decided to carry out the return of the product by an outsider enterprise, the period of 14 days will start to compute from the moment that Piensosplus is aware of the delivery date, or otherwise from the moment of the receipt of the article.

The return cost arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be payed by the buyer.

Telephone number: 968 615 231 or by email address: info@piensosplus.es. The decision of withdrawal, made through an unequivocal statement, will be proceed by letter, fax or email.

According to the article, 103 d) and e) the exercise of the right of withdrawal can be denied over products that can become deteriorated or can be out of date rapidly, and over sealed products that will not be suitable to be return by reasosn of health protection or hygiene and that have been sealed after delivering.

In the case that the products don’t arrive in perfect conditions, by immutable reasons of the customer, Piensosplus will reserve the right of paying an inferior amount for your purchase based on the depreciation of the value of the product.

 

C. If you haven’t received your order yet:

If you haven’t received your order yet and you would like to cancel or change it, you only have to inform us about the changes you would like to do, in this case, there will not be any additional cost for you if the delivery hasn’t been proceed by the time you inform us.

2.- Garantías Warranty

All our products are guaranteed nationwide, in the presence of manufacturing defects for two year from the shopping date. The flaws and wear away from a bad use of the product won’t be included in the warranty policy.

In case of a product with a flaw, the seller, must proceed to the repairmen substitution lowering of the price or resolution of the contract, with no charge for the customer. The seller will respond to nonconformities within a period of 2 years from the delivery. The customer must inform the seller of the disconformities within a period of 2 months since the moment the buyer is aware of it.

Unless contrary proven, it will be understood by the enterprise that the products are in conformity with the contract if they meet the following requirements:

a) The products fit the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of the product, which the seller has presented to the customer as a sample or model.

b) The products are suitable for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used.

c) The products present the quality and performance of a device of the same type as the customer and user can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product.

 

2.1- Online platform of dispute resolution.

The European Commission provides a platform for online Dispute Resolution which is available in the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . The consumer will be able to make a complaint through the online platform of dispute resolution.
